Michelle has been involved in Bikini competitions for nearly 10 years as an IFBB Professional Athlete, Ms Bikini Olympia competitor and Competition Coach. Michelle was UK’s the first IFBB bikini pro and is now the leading bikini coach in the UK with the greatest number of placings compared to any other coach in Bikini Fitness setting up Showgirl Fitness in 2013. Nicolas Paul
Nicolas has been coaching for around 8 years and is WBFF Pro Muscle Model and has won numerous titles in NPC and IFBB including Overall at Iron Games, California, UK National Men's Physique Champion and 4th place at NPC National Championships Miami. Nicolas run Physique BodyBuilding a successful training team for Male Athletes before joining Body Project X
