Formerly Showgirl Fitness, Body Project X is UK's number 1 Bikini training team with over 1000 top 6 places since 2013. We have trained beginner to Pro and have won Pro cards in IFBB, IFBB Elite, WBFF, UKUP, PE, MP and many more federations Worldwide.

Online Training and Diet Programming

We have over 10 hears experience in female training and nutrition, fat loss, body composition, sculpting and muscle building. Our programs are designed for you to follow either in the gym or at home (with some equipment) to give you the best possible result

Online and Studio Posing

We run monthly online group posing sessions for members (inc in some memberships) and regular posing sessions in Basingstoke and Birmingham UK.

Full Support

Although most of our training is done online , our team gives you full suppport. You will have access to the members area of this site plus closed groups on facebook to connect and support other members.

We specialise in Bikini Fitness but also train for Figure, Wellness, Fitness Model, Fitness Diva and Bikini Model categories.
