Monthly Studio Team Training

We run monthly Team Training for the Competition Team, this is Posing in a mirrored studio. We rotate the location of the Team Trainings each month. At the moment we are running the sessions in Basingstoke and Birmingham

Monthly Online Team Training

We also run a monthly team posing session for the Competition Team via Zoom. Comp team members can attend both the studio sessions or online or just one. The online sessions are to ensure people who live outside of the UK or cannot travel have access to group posing

What to wear

You can wear what you feel comfortable in. It is better to wear a bikini or a top and shorts as your posing will change according to the shape of your body, we need to be able to see your body to be able to find the right poses for you. Stage shoes preferred, no stilettos (that mark floor). If you would like to be approved for a show then you must wear a bikini.
